Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Cincinnati Fire Department personnel responded and transported the victim to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Cincinnati Fire Department personnel responded and determined the victim to be deceased. The victim has been identified as Ahmyah Stanley, female 21 years of age. UPDATE On March 11, 2023, the Homicide Unit, in collaboration with the Colerain Township Police Department and the Hamilton County SWAT team, arrested Myshawn Stanley, 22 years of age, on an open murder warrant for the death of Ms. Stanley. Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE March 06, 2023 On February 18, 2023, at approximately 4:45 AM, District Four officers, along with Cincinnati Fire Department personnel, responded to the 1100 block of Clearbrook Drive for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, District Four officers located an unresponsive gunshot victim, who was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by Cincinnati Fire Department personnel. A second victim was transported by private conveyance to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. On March 3, 2023, Trevion Spraggs, a male 17 years of age, succumbed to his injuries at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Currently, The Cincinnati Police Department will not release any further information on the surviving victim. On March 6, 2023, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with the assistance of District Four’s Investigative Unit, charged Jesse Mascus, a male 15 years of age, with causing the death of Trevion Spraggs.

First responders located two victims suffering from gunshot wounds at the location. Both victims were determined to be deceased at the scene. The victims have been identified as Mildred Howell, 74 years of age and Clarence Howell, 82 years of age. The preliminary investigation indicates Mr. Howell shot Mrs. Howell and then killed himself. Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE February 6, 2023 On December 12, 2020, at approximately 11:00 AM, Cincinnati Police received a 911 call to the 3600 block of Canyon Drive, reference an unresponsive person inside a vehicle. District Four Officers along with Cincinnati Fire Personnel responded and located a black male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Serreno Foster, male 18 years of age. *UPDATE* On February 6, 2023, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, in conjunction with the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, determined that, Eric Johnson Jr., male 19 years of age, (deceased) is responsible for the death of Serreno Foster. The case will be closed with the death of Mr. Johnson.

Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim has been identified as William Gibson, a male 17 years of age. Mr. Gibson was transported by Fire Department personnel to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries. On January 26, 2023, The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office ruled the death a homicide. On January 27, 2023, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, located and arrested, Craig Gibson, a male 22 years of age, for the negligent homicide of Mr. William Gibson. Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE December 22, 2022 On December 22, 2022, at approximately 1:15 PM, District Five officers, along with Cincinnati Fire Department personnel, responded to 1200 W. Galbraith Road for the report of a person shot. Upon arrival, First Responders located an unresponsive male victim suffering from a gunshot wound and a female victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot. Cincinnati Fire Department personnel attempted to revive the male victim but were unsuccessful and he was pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as James Witherspoon, a male 32 years of age. The female victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment on her injury.
