Cincinnati Police District Four is looking for Deshang Holmes. Mr. Holmes is wanted for Robbery, Felony Strangulation, and Misdemeanor Assault. On December 29th, 2024, during a physical altercation, Mr. Holmes choked victim number one and stole their cell phone. Then Holmes punched victim number two in the face. Both victims had visible injuries. Deshang Holmes is a male black, 28 years old, 5’11”, and 215 lbs. Deshang Holmes has a history of Drug Abuse and Menacing and was last known to live on Clovernook Avenue in Mt. Healthy. Wanted as of 08/15/2025
