Cincinnati Police Department District Three is investigating an Attempted Auto Theft from 5726 Pearton Court.
The Attempted Auto Theft occurred on December 22nd, 2025, at 9:17 PM, at the listed location. Reportee stated the unknown suspect attempted to take a 2016 Kia Optima, without permission. The suspect appears to be a male black, wearing a black sweatshirt with Levi's printed on the chest, black jeans, and black boots.
Felonious Assault Investigation

Cincinnati Police Department Central Business Section is investigating a Felonious Assault that occurred on Government Square and are attempting to identify the male on the flyer.
The incident occurred after an argument on a Metro coach that was parked at Government Square. The suspect below follows the victim off the bus and slaps the victim before shooting him. There is available video surveillance footage of the incident.

Cincinnati Police Department District Three is investigating a Breaking and Entering from 1359 Alabama Avenue.
The Breaking and Entering occurred on December 25th, 2025, at 3:50 PM, at the listed location. Reportee stated two unknown suspects took a 2024 Ford E 350, without permission. The first suspect appears to be a male black, wearing a gray jacket, gray pants, and black shoes. The second suspect appears to be a male black, wearing a red jacket, gray pants, and black shoes. Video surveillance footage of the incident is available and attached to report 2025-INC-026468.

The Breaking and Entering occurred on December 22nd, 2025, 2:00 AM at listed location. Reportee states below pictured suspect tools, alcohol and a television. Suspect then fled the Children's Theater without permission to take the items.

Cincinnati Police Department District Three is investigating a Burglary offense that occurred at 1233 Blanchard Avenue involving the suspect pictured below.
The Burglary occurred on December 17th, 2025, at 10:12 AM at listed location. The suspect entered location through a rear unlocked window and took unknown items. The suspect is described as a male black in his 40's or 50's, average build wearing a black ski mask and gray winter coat with fur on the hood. The suspect was last seen on a city camera at Warsaw and Grand, inbound on Warsaw on foot. There is available video surveillance of this incident. If located, please stop and hold and contact a District Three Investigative Unit supervisor.

Cincinnati Police Department District Three is investigating a Breaking and Entering that occurred at the United Dairy Farmers store located at 4899 Cleves Warsaw Pike.
The Breaking and Entering occurred on December 12th, 2025, at approximately 4:30 AM at the listed location. Reportee states an unknown male suspect entered the location while the business was closed by smashing the front glass door. The suspect then took Newport Cigarettes from behind the counter. The suspect is an unknown race, male, approximately 40 to 50 years old. There is available surveillance footage of the incident.

The Felonious Assault occurred on November 1st, 2025, at 2:44 AM at the listed location. The unknown suspect fired several shots striking the victim's vehicle while he was sitting in it. This occurred during the Halloween celebration. Suspect was wearing white Adidas track pants and a two-toned colored jacket over a dark colored hoody.
