RONALD KEITH BARNES is the owner of the First and Last Chance bar in Kenton Cty, KY. In September 2009 he was involved in a fight in the bar and struck a victim in the head with a pool stick. The victim ended up on the ground and Barnes then repeatedly kicked and punched him. The victim sustained serious injuries and was admitted to the hospital. Ronald Barnes was indicted by the Grand Jury. On Aug 18th, suspect bonded out of jail on another assault charge which occurred in Gallatin County. He is currently wanted for Assault 2nd.

On December 5, 2009, Edward Hinkle Jr attacked his neighbor with a PR-24 baton causing serious physical injury to the victim. He was placed on home incarceration. On August 18, 2010, Edward Hinkle Jr cut off the electronic monitoring bracelet at the Thornton's Gas Station on Madison Pike. He was scheduled to appear in court that morning to hear the recommendation of the jury for his sentence on the Assault 2nd charge.
Edward Hinkle Jr made statements to investigating officers that he wished 'he killed the victim' during the original attack. Hinkle is extremely dangerous and has a violent history.
Edward Hinkle Jr is wanted for Assault 2nd, Persistant Felony Offender (2 counts), Bail Jumping 1st, Escape 2nd, and Tampering with a Prisoner Monitoring Device. |
