Charles Raines is wanted for Domestic Violence (2009CRB07449). The complaint involves a pattern of abuse over four weeks. Rains is know to have numerous knives on his person and threatend to kill the victim, her two year old som and any police officer trying to apprehend him.

Raines has a history of violence, resisting, robbery and theft.

Wanted for felonious assault is David Beasley also known as LaDavid Beasley, M/B/19 yrs old, 5’7”, 165 lbs, that was living in Northside on Virginia Ave.
On August 28th, David approached the victim from behind stating “ I’m going to kill you” . When the victim turned around, David shot him in the face. The victim turned to run and David shot the victim a second time in the back and then fled. The shooting occurred at 4249 Fergus Ave in Northside.

Wanted for an aggravated robbery of the Walgreens at 8254 Vine St is Roy Hendricks, M/W/32 yrs old, 5'7", 170 lbs, that was living on Hasler Ln in Elmwood. On July 20th, Roy entered Walgreens with a written note demanding money from the cash register. While in the store he kept his hand on the rear of his waistband as if he had a gun. The clerk believed he had a gun. Roy has prior robbery and weapon charges, but was also arrested for assault on a police officer.

The Homicide Unit is investigating the shooting deaths of Kenneth Gaines (a black male born 12/13/1960) and Mark Davenport (a black male born 11/16/1957). On July 3, 2009, at 10:52 pm, Police Communication Section received a report of a shooting in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Responding Officers discovered both victim bodies in front of 1202 Lincoln Avenue. A third shooting victim was treated for non life threatening injuries. The third victim is a juvenile and his name is being withheld.

On July 6, 2009, at approx. 11:00 am, Homicide Detectives arrested Christopher Shaun Alexander in connection with the shooting deaths of Kenneth Gaines and Mark Davenport. Mr. Alexander turned himself into homicide detectives and was picked up in the Carthage area.

On July 8, 2009, Homicide Detectives signed murder warrants for the arrest of Gerald Wilson. Mr. Wilson is the second suspect involved in the homicides of Mark Davenport and Kenneth Gaines. Mr. Wilson is described as a black male born September 3, 1984, 5’07” tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. His last known address is in the 2300 block of Nova Avenue. Mr. Wilson remains at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate this offense. Anyone who has information pertaining to this offense is asked to call the Criminal Investigations Section at 352-3542, or at CRIMESTOPPERS at 352-3040. UPDATE Homicide Unit Investigation

The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the homicide of Mr. Jerome M. Burke (DOB: 11-28-1964) which occurred at 1616 Elm Street on July 4, 2009, at 1:54 a.m.

On July 4, 2009, Homicide Unit detectives signed a murder warrant on Mr. Antonio Wright (DOB: 10-19-80) for the homicide of Mr. Jerome Burke. Mr. Wright is presently at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.

On 6/21/2009 at 10:00PM, Blue Ash Police Department units responded to a reported burglary in progress at 5027 Muirwoods Ct., Blue Ash, Ohio 45242. Upon arrival, officers were advised that one of the homeowners had walked from inside of the residence into the attached garage and encountered a male white going through the contents of her car which was parked therein. The garage door had been left open. The offender ran from the garage upon being discovered. Change was found to be the only thing missing.

Police began a track with a police canine to no avail. A short time later, police located a Ford F-150 pickup truck parked on a nearby street in the vicinity of where the canine track terminated. The truck was found to have been reported stolen from A 1 Professional Sealers of 7350 Miami Avenue, Madeira, Ohio 45243. In the vehicle were items belonging to one Jason Ward of Cincinnati, Ohio 45223 who had no apparent connection to the vehicle owner.

The residence on Muirwoods Ct. was processed by Blue Ash Police Detectives. Within two days, police had identified fingerprints located at the crime scene as those of Jason Ward.

Now wanted by the Blue Ash Ohio Police Department on felony warrants for Receiving Stolen Property and Burglary is:
