| On November 6, at approximately 2:48am, Police Communications Section dispatched District Four officers to the area of 3651 Reading Road reference to “shots fired.” District Four and District Five officers discovered a gold-toned 1993 Buick LeSabre resting against a fence at 3552 Reading Road. In the vehicle officers discovered, Brent E. Johnson, MB37, of the Mt. Auburn area. Mr. Johnson, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, was non-responsive. |

| On March 19th , at approximately 8:15 a.m., Police Communications received a 911 call of shots fired. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire and then saw a body thrown from a vehicle at 1211 Jackson Street. The body of a black male was found on the sidewalk at this location with apparent gunshot wounds. The victim has been identified as Karreem Pritchett, black male 29 years old, of Dayton Street. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred on October 5, 2002, at 1406 Locust Street. At approximately 4:30 p.m., District Two officers were dispatched to that address for attempt to locate an elderly female that had not been heard from for approximately two days. District Two officers forcibly entered the residence and found, Helen Wright, Female, Black, 68 years of age, in her bedroom, the apparent victim of a homicide. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred on November 26, 2002, near the intersection of East Clifton and Frintz at approximately 3:50 a.m. Kareem Brogden, black, male 32 years old was shot multiple times. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding a body found on January 12, 2002 at 271 Stark Street. The body had been set on fire. The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office has ruled the manner of death as a homicide. The cause of death is not being released at this time. The victim has been identified as Nikia Mapp, black female, 30 years of age of Over-the-Rhine. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred at 1811 Elm Street. On Thursday, March 20, 2003, at approximately 8:25 p.m., Police Communications received a report of a shooting near the corner of Elm Street and Elder Street. District One officers and Cincinnati Fire Department personnel responded and found three shooting victims |

| Rodney Earl Smith |
| On July 10, 2003, at 9:49 PM, District Four officers responded to 8380 Anthony Wayne Ave. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival they found a victim lying on the sidewalk by an apartment building with a gunshot wound to the head. A Fire Department Rescue Unit transported the victim to University Hospital. The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital at 1:30 AM. The victim in this offense has been identified as Rodney Earl Smith Jr, black male, 19 years old, of Green Hills. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a shooting death that occurred at 603 East Pete Rose Way on July 19, 2003. At 2:04 a.m., a caller to 911 stated a man was down in front of The Dock nightclub suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Uniform officers and paramedics responded to find the subject had died. |

On February 25, 2003, at approximately 7:a.m. Cincinnati Police Communications Section received a call for a person down. Distric Four police officers responded to 134 Glenridge Place to investigate this call. Upon arrival, the officers found one victim of apparent gunshot wounds deceased at the scene. The victim was identified as Terrence Halsey, black. male, 43 years old, of 8777 Granada Street.
The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating this offense. |

| Carlos Armstrong |
| On January 19, 2002, at approximately 0400 hours, Cincinnati Police responded to Liberty and Walnut Street regarding a man shot. Upon arrival the officers found victim in the back seat of a car with a gunshot wound to the stomach. The officers at the scene were advised by two witnesses that the victim was shot at an after hours joint at 525 W. Liberty Street after being involved in an altercation. The witnesses loaded the victim into the car and wrecked at Liberty and Walnut Street's. The victim was transported to University Hospital where he remained until March 3, 2002, when he died. The victim was identified as Carlos Armstrong. |
